Display Only data that has a field empty

Display Only data that has a field empty

I'm trying to figure out how to accomplish displaying a dynamic table while only displaying results of the table that have a cell empty. My table and results pages work fine at the moment, but I would like to achieve this too if possible.

Here is the scenario
3 employees access the data table to see if there is any new available work. When they find work their interested in, they click a button/link that places their name as now being their work (Claiming it). I would like to Only display results that do not contain a users name (Not Claimed) so they do not have to flip through page after page of claimed posts to find a single unclaimed result.

Can this be done easily through Dreamweaver and WebAssist packages?
