MySQL connection problems

Thanks Ray, I appreciate your effort.
I am not in the US, so unfortunately I cannot give you a number to converse. I am in Australia. I had previously made an on-screen video to show you my computer and how it is set-up, but your system would not upload the video - likely to large. I have suggested that we try Teamviewer or another remote access platform, but that does not seem to be an option for you.

Please see my screenshot attached - I have uninstalled Xampp, re-downloaded it, re-installed it and have now resolved all bugs via YouTube videos - Xampp and phpmyadmin is working correctly. In it I have created a database called "students" as well as a new user called "admin", which has a password. Creating a new user was an issue as it produced an error. But it has been resolved via YouTube videos.

I have deactived and reactivated DataBridge. Still, no joy.
