She is using Paypal. We can process the order but it isn't sending the info back to the website so a blank confirmation page. Been an ongoing issue that we have been trying to resolve for over a month. Not sure if the API isn't working correctly with ecart or what the issue is. We had to go custom due to another feature on the website that made wordpress impossible or at least out of her price range. We develop these all the time but ecart is giving us fits.
