Ray, I changed my email address some time ago for security reasons since my Yahoo email account had issues. I probably changed my Webassist password as well. Are you telling me now I can't access my purchase to do a download? This process should have been designed differently.People do change email addresses/passwords.I tried changing my email address back to Yahoo and it's not working. Now another day is lost! Very frustrating. Do you have any suggestions so I can get this resolved quickly?
