Change your Dreamweaver site settings so that it uses "Links relative to: Document" instead of "Site Root".

That will cause dreamweaver to use require_once() instead of virtual().

If you open the file WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php on your localhost does it have extra line breaks between each line of code?

What version of Dreamweaver are you using? What OS?

Please don't use the private area for content that isn't private. It is designed to hold FTP information, phone numbers, or usernames and passwords. Any other comments or content should be posted publicly so that others with the same experience can follow along and find answers.

I know it is easy to blame our product for any issues you run into, but if our file doesn't have the extra line breaks and Dreamweaver adds them when you upload, there isn't much we can actually do about it. I can't remove the extra line breaks from our files if they don't have them in the first place.

Does this happen with all of your files? I found this post which seems to have a solution: https://john-dugan.com/prevent-dreamweaver-cs5-from-adding-empty-lines/ It appears it may be a configuration setting that is wrong in your dreamweaver installation.
