fatal error when trying to send an email template

Hi Im getting a fatal error and not sure why.

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'https://www.armadillo-furniture.co.uk/development/webassist/forms/persist.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php7.0') in /homepages/1/d549523719/htdocs/development/webassist/email/waue_customer_order_success.php on line 1

This is my workflow. on success page I have a create email message server behavior and I am using a email template file.

I thought it may require some includes, but didnt work, perhaps the releative path was incorrect, but I tried using absolute url paths. still dont work. I have attached the php files. have I placed my includes in the wrong php file? But saying that I have tried moving them to a different file but still dont work.

I figured that the actual email template file wouldnt need any includes since its using the includes from its parent file.

I also get this error on some attempts on a different file

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function getColumnVal() on null in /homepages/1/d549523719/htdocs/development/webassist/email/templates/customer-order-status.php:103 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/1/d549523719/htdocs/development/webassist/email/mailformatting_php.php(151): require() #1 /homepages/1/d549523719/htdocs/development/webassist/email/waue_customer_order_status.php(41): GetFromPage('templates/custo...') #2 /homepages/1/d549523719/htdocs/development/admin/orders-status-update.php(101): include('/homepages/1/d5...') #3 {main} thrown in /homepages/1/d549523719/htdocs/development/webassist/email/templates/customer-order-status.php on line 103

How do I resolve this issue?

Chris
