Menu writer flyout problems with IE 7 and IE 8 Compatibility mode

A customer pointed out a problem with a menu I built on his site. The site in question:

This menu was built with CSS menu writer 2. For the moment, the only flyout menu is on the services link. My client pointed out that you can't actually click any of the items in the flyout for services in IE 7 or in IE 8 compatibility mode. I tested it myself and confirmed the problem. When you drag over the main menu item, the flyout appears, but when you try and mouse down to the items in the menu, the flyout disappears before you can click anything.

Please advise.....
