Strange MySQLi behaviour

It appears it is a bug in MySQL:

I was able to work around it in an update to your rsobj.php file since you don't actually need a prepared statement since you aren't using parameters in your SQL.

I didn't update your main rsobj.php file since it is a live site, but you can do that when you are ready to test the other pages that use it to make sure there aren't any issues, or just use the second version on pages that need it for now.
