insert data into DB using a form

insert data into DB using a form

I have redone that form 30 times (or more) with the same result -- NONE. I know the connection works because I can insert a user via a form into the database.

I tried simply recreating the user form and changing the values and bindings...but that didn't work.
I've re-read the tutorial over and over and I swear I have it just as the directions say.
But, info does not go into the database.
I eliminated the is active from the form.
I haven't even gotten to the hard part of uploading images because I can't get past the inserting text yet.

I'm going to attach the file so you may look at it. I really REALLY need help. As you can see...I started this threat 8-2, and I'm not any further along with it.
