Refreshing page after adding item to cart

Good morning Ray,

I have published an app that uses Ecart and one of the most common complaints is about the page refreshing after you add an item to the cart causing the page to refresh, if i have a list of 50 items it takes too long to add the item to the cart (because of the refreshing the page needs to load again the results) and the page scrolls back to the top forcing the user to position himself again on the list where he was before. Is there a way to stop the page to refresh after adding an item to the cart?
Many thanks!
