I think that should work, but you would only see the page once and any functionality on the page would not work. You may want to set a session variable based on the form post value and then set the rule to check the session variable.

Whichever way, instead of "Validated Field" you should be comparing it to the form field directly. The validated field will only have a value when it fails the server validation.
