Undefined Index and Cannot Modify headers

I am having a bit of trouble with an account management page I have been working on for the user management part of my website. I am getting the following error messages on the update-email.php page:

Notice: Undefined index: UserĀEmail in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/expressbugs/userupdate-email-password.php on line 122

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/expressbugs/update-email.php:105) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/expressbugs/userupdate-email-password.php on line 148[/code]

I am stumped as to why I am getting these messages. Can you please help? The userdate-email-password.php is set as an include file of update-email.php.
