Hi Jason,

I know you think this is simple. It probably is to many people in your business. But you need to know that to many people who are buying and using your software - who are told that they don't need to know code - it really isn't simple.

When you are selling a product called 'Digital File Pro' - you'd think that you guys would expect people to want to know how to do what you've kindly taken the time to explain here, but without having to go through the excruciating business of wheedling the information out of this forum. (Thanks to those of you who persisted).

It's just that getting information from those in the know is like pulling teeth around here.

Maybe you should have a two-tiered site, one for you normal people, and one for us morons.
