DW CC 2015 and WA Extensions Not Working Together

Thread began 10/05/2015 5:46 am by salaroche | Last modified 2/05/2016 12:04 pm by salaroche | 1813 views | 21 replies

Frankly, one wonders what's going on in the minds of those Adobe guys at the DW department. The more one tries to install extensions in CC 2015 the more it looks like a downgrade.

By the way, given the difficulties that many people are presently having installing extensions in CC 2015, I'm hereby respectfully suggesting that, at the moment of purchase, Web Assist present a clear procedure, including URLs and instructions, on how to go about installing Data Bridge or any other WA extensions in DW, so that whoever acquires WA products with the intention of installing them in DW CC 2015 may have the easiest possible time doing it.

In the meantime, I still need some help in solving the Data Bridge installation problem. I tried looking for the plugin you mentioned but didn't find it. I even tried installing the Extension Manager for CC 2015 from the Adobe site and it only gave me error messages when trying to install extensions.

Any clear and concise suggestions on how to go about it? Any specific URLs?
