Be aware of WebAssist Return Policy on Subscription
I signed up for the new subscription and downloaded all the extensions and installed them. Dreamweaver CS4 blew up on my Mac. I spent hours uninstalling and trying fixes and reading the forums to get answers and calling WebAssist, emailing the sales department and finally deciding I had to uninstall Dreamweaver and reinstall it to get it to work. This is a brand new Macbook Pro with all the bells and whistles and never had a problem with Dreamweaver CS4 until this time.
I asked for my money back. I was told that the $99 is not refundable and I was welcome to cancel my subscription.
I will be fighting this through my credit card company. It's ridiculous a company doesn't have any return policy.
Beware that this is the policy and know what you are getting yourself into.
