Syntax error after doing coupon tutorial

Hello, I have done the tutorial located here & read the forum. It was easy to follow but I'm getting this syntax on my cart page.

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/onlinemo/public_html/olmc_viewcart.php on line 13

Here is some of the code I think youll need to see, including line 13, & I can see that line 10 is incorrect in the way it's been inserted(no space between php tag & <waecdeletetemp>) I have changed it, but thought you will want to see what the wysiwyg is doing.

//MX Widgets3 include
if (!session_id()) session_start();
$_POST["txtPromoCode"]))?$_POST["txtPromoCode"]:"") != ""))     {
$_SESSION["PromoCode"] = "".((isset($_POST["txtPromoCode"]))?$_POST["txtPromoCode"]:"")  ."";

What is going on? I'm positive I've done it right, & I was only starting here to learn the technique, so I can move on to a dynamic discounts system that I have in the DB

Thanks for any help. Chris
