I don't know enough about your database to tell you what is wrong with the SQL statement.

Is there only one product per company? The SELECT statement seems to not specify the product and only filters by the members_id value.

Have you tried writing the Session variable value to the page to verify it has the correct value?

Have you copied the SQL statement into phpMyAdmin and tested it there (inserting a valid member_id) to see if it returns the results you expect?

I can't tell you the problem without direct debugging. If you are interested in signing up for a premier support ticket we can schedule some time to do a screen sharing session and I'd be able to figure out what is going wrong by debugging.
