Thumnail images not displaying

Hi, hope you can help
Same problem with Static Cart no DB, does not show the thumbnail image in the shopping cart
Tried many versions of the default code:
<?php echo $xvault_merchandise->DisplayInfo("Thumbnail"); ?>

My image is named ae_001b.jpg & this is how i have listed it in the bindings for the item
The local host folder where it is located is via xampp i.e.

Last code tried was
<img src=“xv_images/<?php echo $xvault_merchandise->DisplayInfo("Thumbnail"); ?>” />

Which only shows the alt wording of Product Thumbnail

Please advise on correct code for the cart.php page, thxs
