How to insert a video to a dynamic content?

I meant more like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=595&v=TxIMO_0pIfc but the video inside a dynamic content that could be erased any moment.
The page is like this: there's the index that only have images with their title. All images could be active (showing) or not active (not showing on the index). All images have links to the rest of the information. The link opens on another page. In this page have besides other information, the Youtube video. There's the register new content only for administrator where, acording to my former teacher, you only register only the code of the video, and he also said is not like when you insert images. I didn't understand this video because the guy doesn't did everything step by step and he only used the code. I only know how to use the design mode on dreamweaver, the code is a little confuse (if you don't explainig step by step).
