UPS Settings - does this work in the UK?

Ray, just a wee heads up on UPS's response to the URL that eCart uses to submit it's request to...

"Thank you for this reply. My records show the User ID and account are valid to have negotiated rates returned. I will need your XML files to determine the cause of your issue.

As the APIs evolve, UPS updates the API servers. The URL you are currently using is one of these ‘sun-setted’ servers. While this does not affect the rates returned, this server farm does not receive the maintenance of the current production servers. I recommend that you change to as show in the current developer guide.

Please visit our web site at to download the current developer documentation."

It seems that this is "sun-setted" and so will need updating in future releases of eCart. I've not changed ours yet but will give it a try tomorrow.

Will also try adding the flat rate to the UPS shipping charge, as recommended, thank you.

PS. Should I change the URL?
