Hi Brad
A few months ago I spent $500 with WA. Really peaves me to know that any Tom,Dick or Harry can now get all I have and more for $199.
or is that $298?. What is this activation fee - it's total BS
Bit like a car ad - you see the big picture of the nice motor and the big price
and its says underneath (model show 2.8 litre really nice model gonna cost you even more - that big price on the screen is not the price of the car you are looking at - cus that'd be less attractive and you might not take up the offer)
I really don't see Webasist as a company that values its customers - its all about generating revenue. When products do get fixed, they are bumped to full point releases and the company charges again (assuming you dont want to spend $199 - sorry £298). Other products lay unfixed for months and we are told to go fix it yourself.

After the takeover of Interakt I really thought I'd found a company (WA) I could work with on the extension front - seems not.
