Recurring payments and shipping charges

I have a question about how to handle charging for shipping in connection with a recurring charge. My ideal recurring payment system would allow a customer to make a purchase a a weekly or a monthly product while charging for shipping as part of that recurring charge. For example, my customer purchases a $35 monthly physical product while also getting charged $10 for shipping. The total recurring charge will now be $45 per month. Just what would be the best way to handle this senario since offering free shipping is really not an option for the products I want to sell? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
