How can I show a link when a recordset value is present and hide it when not?

How can I show a link when a recordset value is present and hide it when not?

I'm working on an ecommerce store that sells clothing in MySQLi. I'm trying to have a link showing on my product page that goes to a detail page for an optional accessory that only shows when the option is present in my recordset for that particular product. I don't want it to show when the option is not present. My recordset "rsExtras" populates a dropdown with matching shorts, etc. for some products. When the value is present (I'm using OptionID from within rsExtras), I'd like to have a link to a detail page appear. I tried to modify the MySQLi "Show If" that is generated but I've no idea about the syntax, so it's been a shot in the dark that's borne no fruit so far. I know that there's a difference between the show if for an empty vs present recordset and an empty vs present specific value. Any suggestions?
