Issue with product installation

I purchased Powerstore and once I downloaded all of the files I using Windows explorer to transfer all my files to my server hosted by 1 & 1. All files were properly uploaded and I double checked by logging into there website and viewing my "webfiles". When I go to the directory i put them in I receive a 403-Error Forbidden: Access is Denied. I'm led to believe by the simple install instructions that this is all i need to do and the installation process should start, not give me an error. Is this a security issue with 1&1 or am I missing something?

BTW I did not use my index or default directory. I have a website that is up and running right now that I'm not planning on changing, just adding a link to the store with I was hoping would work. I added a new folder and named it "store" in my / directory, uploaded all files successfully, navigated to my site, and I received the above error.

I attached a photo of the errors I get on the screen when i type in
