That worked. Although we are still getting the email from Authorize. Is there a way to NOT get that email from authorize (2 emails might be confusing)? Also is there a way for the customer to add special instructions? Does that have to be part of the cart columns? Would like it to be more like shipping instructions or a gift message.
Also there is a bar at the bottom of checkout_success that says Address (see screen shot at https://www.dropbox.com/s/tnx83epzmrj3kwb/Screenshot%202015-04-17%2011.21.30.png?dl=0), can we get rid of that without causing problems? It's in a show if div. We had taken that off the cart_static page because that info is collected by authorize.net. As I remember removing it caused problems. My boss saw that "Additional Notes" in the email and wanted it to go there! Told him not sure it can.
