OK, my boss is working on the .htaccess file while I am preparing the rest of the code changes. He was looking at the .htaccess file and became worried that there is a bunch of code on there that he did not put in himself, but looks like old code from former order pages. The only order pages we have now are named bracelets_aluminum.php, bracelets_stainless.php, tag_single.php and tags_double.php. I am attaching this text file so you can see it. Our question is do we need to remove this code (could it be part of our problem)?

I will not upload any of the other changes until we have this issue solved and the htaccess www redirect set up correctly. He just told me he has already set up the www redirect htaccess but that is not reflected in the attached file.

New note, 2:09 pm: I am going to go ahead and upload the changes to checkout_success. Wm says the htaccess is now working properly. We can address that old code issue later.
