Brian thanks for your input -- this is a live production. For what ever reason the sites menu links were failing without the edit of the menu.php.

Brian, you see I spend too much time trying to make some of these things to work. This could be frustrating at times, because I expected these software to work effortlessly. The point is -- they just don't.

I believe that Jimmy may have some answer -- because he gave a surprisingly useful answers when I was uploading “the same sites” to my test server and it worked. This may have something to do with the way that I had my set up made out. This is the reason that I included all three of the relevant pictures for Jimmy to review. Of course not only for Jimmy but for any one who can help me to permanently resolve this problem.
