JavaScript Errors wa.populate.buttonType

Just upgraded to DataBridge 1.2.2 and I am getting errors. Not sure if this is related to some of the other posts. When launching DataAssist Pages, I click on the edit button for Page Design, launching the Update Design Preset box. This is with a "New From Blank" application type. I get the following error:

Error in wa.populate.buttonType:
TypeError:wa.datassist_settings.pages.results_page has no properties

This seems similar to some of the other posts, but mine is still not working. I got the error last week 3/13 but was too busy to look it up. Today 3/16, I have removed all WebAssist extensions, removed the Configuration folder and reinstalled. When that didn't work, I removed everything including Uninstalling Dreamweaver and starting over, reinstall Dreamweaver and only the Depreciated Panels and DataAssist and I am still getting the error. Another post said there was a hot fix after Sunday, but I did all of this Monday.
