Why are our shipping rates higher than our standard UPS rates?

Thanks Jason. I didn't communicate well. I was noting that white space can generate errors, but moot point now. Client has discarded using UPS for simpler flat rate. But I learned a lot from this exercise, which may come in handy for other situations, and maybe help someone else trying to get from A to B. One of the issues popped up in the news recently. UPS has added a residential added fee. That is new and perhaps not reflected in all the codes from UPS to how PowerStore brings it in. Just a wild guess though. I am not sure about how this all ties in from UPS codes.
