I just did a test of the registration and did not get an email at all. looking at the registration page on your site, there is no UE code to send the confirmation email.

even without getting the email, i decided to take a look at the email themplates.

in Blank.php, the link points to a page that does not exist:
http://freekarate olathe.com/optintwo/userconfirm.php/?id=.....

first off, there is no optintwo folder on your site, and there should not ba slash after the page name before the ID variable, the code should be:

<a href="http://freekarate olathe.com/userconfirm.php?id=<?php echo $_SESSION['SecurityAssist_UserID']; ?>&randomString=<?php echo $_SESSION['rpw']; ?>&email=<?php echo((isset($_POST["Registration_group_Email"]))?$_POST["Registration_group_Email"]:"") ?>">

in Blank_2.php, the email URL variable name is missing, the code for the link:
<a href="http://www.freekarateolathe.com/userconfirm.php?id=<?php echo $_SESSION['SecurityAssist_UserID']; ?>&randomString=<?php echo $_SESSION['rpw']; ?><?php echo $row_SecurityAssistusers['UserEmail'];?>">

should be:
<a href="http://www.freekarateolathe.com/userconfirm.php?id=<?php echo $_SESSION['SecurityAssist_UserID']; ?>&randomString=<?php echo $_SESSION['rpw']; ?>&email=<?php echo $row_SecurityAssistusers['UserEmail'];?>">

also the recordset is named with a lower case u for users, so the global line at the top:
global $row_SecurityAssistUsers;

should be:
global $row_SecurityAssistusers;
