Mac OSX 10.5.8 CS4- The above fix did not work

Mac OSX 10.5.8/Dreamweaver CS4/ Intel

I have deleted the macfilecache.dat several times. I have removed all my DW extensions and then reinstalled only CSS Sculptor. And a couple of variations on these but I still get the error:

While executing onLoad in wacs_serial.htm, thefollowing JavaScript error(s)occurred:
At line 214 of the file"Macitosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:CSSSculptor:Library:Shared_Ser_Mactivation.js":
document.formLayer.document has no properties

Please help.

This error does not occur in Dreamweaver CS3
