The Tutorial is for updating older Power CMS Builder sites to use the newest features of Power CMS Builder in design Extender including Live Edit.

it is not intended to update Power CMS 2 which is the older Solution pack. at the start of the tutorial it has a note that the tutorial is not intended for the Power CMS 2 solution pack.

The SEO should still work, note that my code was an example only. where it has 'content name', that should be changed to the Content name for the page you are adding the SEO to. for example, using the blog content, the so code for the title would be:
<title><?php echo WA_getCMSContent($database_PowerCMSConnection, $PowerCMSConnection, 'blog', 'meta-title'); ?></title>

you may also need to add the CMS require once before it in the head section:
<?php require_once("WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php"); ?>
