I reinstalled creative cloud desktop app after uninstalled adobe apps, and reinstalled all new apps,
and installed extensions, but still get "the serial number you entered is incorrect" error.
I have to wait for your help, there is nothing I can do by my side anymore.
my skype contact above was wrong.

probably phone is better as i am not online on skype always.
