I apologize if you have felt uninformed about our work on the updates. We have been working frantically to get them done and may have had our head down for too long working on the update and dropped the ball when informing you of the progress. I am sorry for that.

We have managed to re-work the activation system over the past couple of weeks and are rolling out updates as we speak. We released the update for Data Bridge two days ago, mySQLi Server Behaviors yesterday, and are working to get eCart out today and then hopefully Design Extender and Free Tools out tomorrow.

Once all of the updates are completed we will send out an email blast to our customer base with the announcement and let them know that it is safe to upgrade to 2014.1.

We will not be charging for any of the upgrades to fix this issue. The good news is that it should all be behind us by early next week at the latest, but we understand and sympathize with frustrated customers that have had to bear with us during the transition. It was no small task for us, but we are all working hard to get it done as quickly as possible.
