Clarification on eCart generation

Hi Jason, thank you after your insight and speaking to Ray, its cleared up so many questions...So now have a greater understanding on what I need to so. I guess I was more worried that I was overlooking something. But all makes sense now...

After speaking with Ray about the PayPal Sandbox API I have set up (I upgraded the sandbox to Payments Pro). He suggested that I ask you if you can test the API credentials I have (sent on the other post as a private message). Obviously I would prefer to test using my clients live PayPal account details, but currently she has not upgraded her PayPal account to accept local checkout transactions. So until then I need to test in some way.
