marketing e-mails?

I just received a "Get 4 Dreamweaver extensions to build custom websites" marketing e-mail this morning (21st Oct 2014).

Do you think it's appropriate to be sending out marketing e-mails for extensions that don't actually work with the latest version of Dreamweaver?
At the very least shouldn't your marketing material and website state which versions are compatible?

Also, how is progress coming along on MySQLi support for DataBridge, something that was promised almost 6 months ago now?
The bug in Datepicker?

What about the fact that when your server went offline no-one using a PC could use your extensions? Is that resolved?

I'm disappointed by another missed deadline here - we can't update DWCC2014 because if we do it will wreck our ability to use your extensions.
On top of that there appears to be no progress on any other matter whilst you jump from one crisis to the next.

It's all very disappointing and I'm wondering when you might offer some form of refund / apology to those affected.
Thank you.
