e-Cart 6.0 Installation failure missing .js file

Hi Support,

I just purchased e-cart 6 (WAeCart608.mxp) a few days ago and have tried consistently to get it to run, after the installer said all was installed. I have read all the posts with regards to the installation and uninstall, as well as removing the .dat file and resetting the work space. Still no luck.

A little history may help, I have used the datassist and emailer extensions in the past for DW3. Great products and simple to use. I tried installing these into DW6 but I could see compatibility issues straight away. Anyway due to limited finances I had to resort back to DW3, I trusted the web assist extensions and DW3. It was safe but limiting. Having seen the latest versions of the web assist products e-cart and databridge, I thought now is the time to make the transition.

So following instructions online I cleared out the old data assist extensions in DW6 to create a clean install for e-cart but unfortunately I am constantly getting error after error, rendering DW6 unusable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled e-cart so many times now that I'm getting dizzy. I even tried the free tools extensions and the errors are exactly the same.

The latest error is unable to open WA_RunCommand.js so the shopping cart does not work at all. I don't particularly want to reinstall DW6, but if you think it is the only option, then let me know.

Thanks John
