Thank you Jason, especially for the quick response. Works as expected now. I wish I had posted my question sooner. I could never have figured this out.
I'm curious, in the interest of others who might have trouble with FedEx shipping, is a custom fix required for every installation or is it possible the same changes could work for others? (The solution may be posted on the client's WA download page, but I can't access it.)
One other question related to shipping: the same client also has a PS3 installation on which the FedEx calculation has stopped working correctly. All available updates have been applied to the installation. Can I use the same FedEx file there or should I submit details of the problem for that site, too?
FYI -- I checked the email notification box, but did not receive updates on this thread. Something may not be working correctly since the WA site restoration.
