How to control placement of a checkbox? - RESOLVED

I have a checkbox that a user must click to accept our terms when they submit a signup form. How do I put the checkbox on the left rather than the right?

One last question, I'd like to define what the terms are as a bulleted list under the checkbox and its label (which reads "I agree that:")?

Something like this:

checkbox - I agree that:
I accept the User agreement and privacy policy (note that this is a link to the file)
I am at least 18 years old.
I may receive communications from XYZ related to my membership.

I figured out how to enforce the checkbox was clicked or it won't submit, but wondering what will happen if I add the custom code after the checkbox and whether this code will be wiped out if I edit the form using FB again.
