Checkout / Confirm Page Hangs in Chrome - Please Wait

This only happens in Chrome, and often does not happen on the first try, but on my checkout page, after entering the billing information and clicking "continue" the confirm page slides up but the "please wait" image gets stuck and will not go away. There is no way to navigate away from the page without refreshing the browser. I have used the wizard to recreate these pages many times, but get the same result. Those files are attached. Could you have a look and see if anything is obviously out of place?
