Not getting my email results from my form

Thread began 9/26/2014 1:01 pm by frank375703 | Last modified 9/27/2014 2:46 pm by frank375703 | 2269 views | 11 replies

ok terrific. my apologies but i have 1 last question.

in the email results, to make it easier to read for the client when they receive them, is there a way to only have the question appear, not the header for each survey section. for example on the form in the browser the form is as follow

A. Your Appointment
1. Ease of making appointments by phone: *
2. Appointment available within a reasonable amount of time: *

in the email results, it comes in as

A Your Appointment group 1 Ease of making appointments by phone:
A Your Appointment group 2 Appointment available within a reasonable amount of time:

i would like to eliminate the "A Your Appointment group " portion in the email results.

I'm looking at the email results template and the code is as follows:

<th style="font-size: 14px; width: 300px; text-align: left; padding: 3px 10px 3px 3px; font-weight: normal; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #686868;"><?php echo(str_replace("_"," ",$pkey)); ?>:</th>

I'm wondering what within this string i need to remove : (str_replace("_"," ",$pkey));
