The following page could not be found: checkout.php. It will not be added to your bindings

The following page could not be found: checkout.php. It will not be added to your bindings

I have Dreamweaver CS6 and eCart 6 installed. I am working on an eCommerce site and I keep getting a message that says: "The following page could not be found: file://C|/(file path here)/checkout.php. It will not be added to your bindings". I have not run the Checkout Wizard yet. I even uninstalled eCart and removed all eCart code or files and reinstalled it. The message wasn't there when I uninstalled eCart, but as soon as I reinstalled it the message came back. I hadn't even run eCart at that point. It seems that something in Dreamweaver, WebAssist or the Windows Registry is looking for checkout.php everytime I open a PHP file. Any help would be appreciated.
