Form works - then once I add more fields, save and re-upload - it no longer sends mail

I hadn't made any other changes accept to set the to address to my email to see if it would send, then changing it back.

When the to address is set to send the email to my address the email is sending, i forwarded the email i received to you.

What information are you entering into the form?

if it comes back with ?invalid=true appended to the URL, that means validation is not passing for one of the values you entered.

One thing i notice is that in the Universal email settings, you are using the Email address form element for the from address, most hosts will require that the from address be a valid email address for your domain. open the server behaviors panel, and double click the Universal Email server behavior. Change the From Address to a static email address instead of using the dynamic binding.

if you click the From button to access advanced from settings, you can use the dynamic binding for the reply to address.
