Deletion of security question needed please

Hi support

Here is the page I have the form on:

My customer doesn't want the security question on the form (nor the captcha which is removed as you can see).

So, how can I remove the security question now please?

Plus if I want to add any kind of other field into the form like a tick box how can I do this?

The level of automation on this whole product should be rated as 1 out of 100 because you have to bury your head in code to make small changes. It should be a 'menu-driven' product rather than a 'Geeky Techno Head' code-thing. (a great pity)
