Jason

ALMOST THERE!!!

Changing the dc recordset parameter from integer to text solve the dropdown issue.

If you take a look at the screen shots I sent in my last message you'll notice the search is for last name of brown, but it returns all the results in the Mike Stephens DC, but a search for the first name of jason only returns 1 result in the mike stephens dc.

but how does this differ from what you expect to happen?

With a search for the last name of Brown and Mike Stephens in the dropdown I would only expect to see people with the last name Brown and in Mike Stephens DC, which would be Jason Brown not the other two results in the screenshot who have a different last name.
