My issue is not with actually validating that the card number is attached to a working credit card, it was validating that it was 16 digits long. No matter how I enter it in, the error is still there...I've even deleted the validation code and it's there even when I first pull up the form.
I followed the instructions to the letter on the tutorial on how to get this form to submit to an e-mail. It is not doing it. I'm beyond frustrated with this software right now and have now missed a client deadline!
The form builder does not send the forms contents to the email as suggested on the last portion of the wizard, which asks for an email address, I can't image why that is important if the contents will not show up. I have followed the detailed instructions on finding the php file which I set the form to use and added each field separately which only causes a blank white screen after the submit button is pushed and nothing at all gets emailed.
It's now 2:00 in the morning and I have another meeting with the same client at 9:00am. Hopefully you can call me before then so I don't lose this contract over what should have been a simple form.
