Website Payments Standard and IPN integration with ecart and Dreamweaver

PayPal Express as Alternative to IPN

I am looking for a way to use PayPal standard and process the payments using an alternative to writing code for an ipn as Ray described. This is not a way to avoid paying fees (because fees are charged on each transaction with PayPal standard.) It is just a way to avoid having to hand-code functions to process data returned via the PayPal ipn.

PayPal standard is a legitimate function to use rather than Website Payments Pro, etc for clients who do not have sufficient monthly sales volume to justify monthly fees.

I think Ray's suggestion is a good answer and it's partially functioning for me - I'm just waiting for a WebAssist tech to contact me to get over the glitch that is hanging up the rest of the processing steps I need completed.
