They work for me and save me a lot of time... that's why I use them. I find I can do things in hours that used to take me weeks... that's why I appreciate them.
We will continue to do bug fixes and fix anything we can in the current version of iRite. The only way you can ensure getting any and all updates to all of our products is to get the subscription. I don't know why it is unfair to say that.
If the tools work as they are designed and don't solve your problems, then you shouldn't use them. If you have a bug to report, then we will fix it free of charge.
Honestly we are here to save you time and money by us spending a lot of both and selling you something for a small fraction of it. If you find they don't save you time and money then you shouldn't buy them. That will teach us to look in another direction and not continue down that path. If you want us to keep working at improving an extension or idea, then purchase it.
Don't buy something and complain about it and say you don't like it without giving us something to fix specifically. If we miss the boat, let us know and we'll keep trying to improve.
The next dot relase (bug fix) update will always be free. That is the way WebAssist works. If we spend a lot of time and money adding a whole slew of new features, then we charge for it. If you spend more time getting it to work than it is worth to you , then the tool isn't for you.
If I sold you a wrecking ball truck and you told me that you knocked down your neighbors house because you didn't know how to drive it, then maybe you shouldn't be driving a wrecking ball truck. That doesn't mean it isn't the most efficient way to take down a building. It just might be a little too much responsibility for you to handle.
