1) the screen shot shows you are using the SESSION Promo Amount binding:

<?php echo $_SESSION["PromoAmount"]; ?>

the correct code for the discount tittle would be:

<?php echo $WA_Store_Cart->RuleLooperName("Discounts"); ?>

and for the discount amount:

<?php echo $WA_Store_Cart->RuleLooperValue("Discounts"); ?>

2) in the wa_recipt.php file, you have this code that writes the forst ordedr number:

Thank you for your purchase

<?php
$OrderID = time();
?>

Order number: <?php echo($OrderID); ?>

then further down is this code to write the second one:

<h3 style="font-size:small; margin:2px 0; color:<Text_Dark />; /* Text_Dark */" >Order number: <?php echo ((isset($_SESSION["siteCart_OrderID"]))?$_SESSION["siteCart_OrderID"]:"") ?>

remove the first code order number code block to not have it written to the receipt.

3) Paypal does not return an indicator of whether a paypal account was used or not. the code that writes the billing info is set to only display id PayPal Express checkout was used:

<?php if (!isset($_SESSION["PayPal_ECO_Token"])) { ?>

<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','First_Name_2')?"Billing ":""); ?>Address

<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','First_Name')); ?> <?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Last_Name')); ?>
<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Address_1')); ?>
<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','City')); ?>, <?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','State')); ?> <?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Postal_Code')); ?>
<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Country')); ?>
<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Phone')); ?>

<?php } ?>

remove that if statement to show billing info regardless:

<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','First_Name_2')?"Billing ":""); ?>Address

<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','First_Name')); ?> <?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Last_Name')); ?>
<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Address_1')); ?>
<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','City')); ?>, <?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','State')); ?> <?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Postal_Code')); ?>
<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Country')); ?>
<?php echo(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Phone')); ?>

4) No, you should have both areas on the checkout page, that is by design.
