Security Assist SQL problem

The remote server was automatically giving dreamweaver its web url. I disabled it and recreated the site cache with the correct local url. That got me a little farther along. Now some pages are working but there seems to be another issue possibly with security assist. I'm getting this error on my registration page:

Warning: virtual(): Unable to include '/webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php' - request execution failed in C:\xampp\htdocs\serving\registration.php on line 5

Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_Auth_RulePasses() in C:\xampp\htdocs\serving\registration.php on line 7

These are the lines of code it seems to be referencing in the registration page:

<?php virtual( "/webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php" ); ?>
if (!WA_Auth_RulePasses("Logged in to pcms2_users")){
